I cNt buy diamonds..i try to fix it but nothing..
.Go to settings and remove your google account
.go to settings then applications then clear Google play store cache and data
.while still in applications clear Google services framework cache and data
4.restart your phone

try to play 3-5 rank games and try again.

make sure you allowed google play services and play store internet connection.
