Regarding the upcoming patch

So I have some queries regarding the upcoming patch which I don't know if it's 1.3.92 or 94. Whatever. Point is that I refer to YouTube to learn about the latest patch notes. And earlier what I read was that Lunox was getting a movement speed nerf being a reduction from 250 to 240. It was covered by Elgin. Now recently him and others too have uploaded videos regarding the upcoming patch and it says differently about changes with Lunox. Now it's a speed nerf on her dark ult blink and the slow effect when hit is reduced. So here are my questions -

1. Are both the nerfs, movement speed and dark ult nerf going to be applied or is it just the latter?

2. If both are being applied, then what the hell? What are you guys doing to her?

3. If only the latter is being applied, then what in the world changed your heart? I mean I did complain by making a thread and reporting to the sustomer service but really you guys listened? I am surprised.

4. What kind of nerf is this exactly? I am not criticizing it yet, not until its quantified which I have no idea what the numbers are. So,
a) What was the slow effect before and what is it now?
b) How does the nerfed blink compare to other heroes' blink skills?

This is sincerely what my queries are. I look forward to apt answers to each one of them.

Idk either. Obviously people ban Lunox due to her crazy damage output but Moonton nerfed her speed.
I mean what is Moonton doin?

I think both will be applied together, just my personal opinion.
About the movement speed nerf, if you play against lunox you know.
When he using her dark ultimate, she tries to slow you down and then cast her ultimate and move towards your escape route. With some reduced movement speed and slow dark ultimate blink skill, you might escape with slight hp left from her if you are lucky enough. Which is almost impossible now without any escape skill. I understand the movement speed nerf, mlbb official does not want to destroy her damage output which is her core unique ability. But rather than nerfing her overall ability passively.

OK but can you explain to me what exactly the new nerf is? It said reduced movement speed on dark ult. When I checked out Elgin's video, he showed that when her dark ult hits an enemy it slows them down. And now that slow effect is reduced. But the description doesnt really state that. To interpret it straightforwardly, it means that she would blink slower. So I am confused as to what exactly the nerf is. Help me out on this one.

both his movement speed and blink skill slowdown has been reduced.
