PHONE RESTARTS WHENEVER I USE MIC FOR THE FIRST TIME OF THE DAY!!!

Hi, I am encountering a serious problem with mic and not sure if anybody is facing the same issue.

First off, I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, latest update of the software and also I have updated the game to the latest version.

What happen here is this:
Everyday, when I first use mic for a game, at Match up page, I am able to hear my friend. Then when we are at Hero Choosing screen, I cannot hear my friend anymore. But he can hear me. After that when the game starts, all I hear is complete silent and suddenly my phone restarts.

This caused me to lag behind by levels!

After the first game with mic and restart, subsequent games are ok.

I have tried to reinstall the game, but it does not solve the problem. I am not sure what I can do to prevent the restart from happening. Please help!

tried clearing the cache? this might fix the problem potentially, i'd always suggest it before reinstalling the entire app

Maybe you're using up too much RAM. Usually, if it's the first match of the day, you would naturally go collect the daily prizes, mail, check events etc. That already uses up quite an amount of RAM (if you don't own a flagship to mid-range phone), so going into a match might crash your game.
I've experienced this before many times on the first match where I have to collect a bunch of stuff, waste time to wait for my friends to get in lobby, all of that using a lot of RAM even before the match start, causing the game to crash right after the game ends (i'm using an iPad 4 with 2GB RAM). That's what I've concluded based on my experience with the crashing.

Hi there, well, this has never happened before and only happened these past 2 weeks and my Samsung Note 9 is only a few months old. RAM wise it should be quite healthy. The thing is, it did not only crash, the whole phone restarted.

Yeap. Probably I shall clear cache before I sleep tonight as downloading the resources takes plenty of time.
