Help! I purchased diamonds on August 2, it’s been 4 days and I’ve been billed but I still don’t have my diamonds. Nobody is responding to me in-app with customer support or email. I’ve been charged on my bank already but nothing shows up in game. :(

maybe the data you provided to complain to CS in game is incomplete ... try reporting your problem back to CS in game by providing complete data, such as (number of dias, date of purchase) good luck!

Contact cs where you purchase diamond and show them payment receipt.

try to private message a forum moderator or a discord one they will be helping you get your diamonds back.

tap on the blue headset icon on the top left corner besides your profile avatar. go to help>payment problem>form>fill it up>submit.

Thanks y’all, but I’ve already contacted customer support on this before this post. It’s been 5 days though and still no contact. I’ve properly filled everything out and even had the original receipts, but still no diamonds. :/
