Actually it's not necessary to reinstall your MLBB if you just want to switch your account between game center.
If you are trying to just switch between your game center account, you just have to followed the steps that I said before in order but if that didn't work, I'm sorry but you need to contact customer support for further assistance. Hope your issue works out well.

Patience is the key for everything. For lost accounts you will need to contact the in-game customer services and wait for their reply as they will guide you on how to retrieve it. I highly recommend you to stay patient
