Is your account hacked? if yes, i would recommend you to contact the customer service by mail at : mobilelegendsgams@gmail.com . A reply usually takes 3 to 9 working days.
If you have lost your account ( didn't bind it when you switch) i would recommend you to contact the in-game customer service about this issue. ( you can contact them by clicking on the icon near your profile (person with a headphone))

goto help>account problem>get account retrieval form>fill it up>submit.
