Hey guys, check out this Harley guide. What items do you use when you play him ?

I sisnt played him but i know how he works i would change 5th item in first build, and put something to reduce magic defense, in 2nd build i wouldnt change anything, i love emblems, ty for sharing ;)

I'd go for the first 3 items you had, Clock of Destiny, Lightning Truncheon, and Concentrated Energy. For the last 2 items, I'd go for the new mage item + glowing wand for more opness.

Thanks for sharring your opinion guys. Some items mostly depend on one's play style...or the enemy team..
I think Harley is still op so i guess this short guide came in handy

The build is great, i’d prefer a little more burst items like devil tears are always welcome as well xd

I use a similar build. For the second build, I don't use clock of destiny but instead, I use Glowing Wand and my last item would be Ice Queen Wand

I don't really use ice queen wand..i will try it someday...right now i'm trying the new mage item, see if it's a good combination
