Hi Mobile Legends, Few days ago I purchase some diamonds but they charged me twice and I didn’t receive any diamonds that im supposed to get. Will you please help me fix this

First of all is that even possible? Since those are 2 diffrent topups 250 dias and 50 dias.

But if this happened, please contact the customers service ingame which is located next to your profile picture at the menu (the logo with the person wearing a headset) and search the payment form from there
