delete the comment and block him.You can turn off comments if you are facing it frequently,but I suggest you not to do so because of some toxic players.You can send the ss to customer care,though i dnt think there is any rule regarding banning someone for this kind of behaviour

Report this type of behaviour, currently there are too many toxic people around to punish each of them, and even then theres no real punishment besides reporting and after that a credit score deduction

Yep...block and delete...for now punishments aren't that severe...deducting some credit score is not enough honestly...this really should change...
