delete the comment and block him.You can turn off comments if you are facing it frequently,but I suggest you not to do so because of some toxic players.You can send the ss to customer care,though i dnt think there is any rule regarding banning someone for this kind of behaviour

Moontoon should introduce the option to report a player even after a match.because after we leave the match result page we cant report someone anymore,so these kinds of behavior goes unpunished

there was an option for the photos to inactivate the comment section.
to prevent some toxic troll comments you use that options.

omg I'm so sorry really I think all of us lived this kind of situation (me too) and is terrible but you need to be strong and continue to play all the hero you want and say in your mind '' this is me and this is my game style'' if u take bronze with a champ with 100+ games this is doesn't mean other people are right because in this game or all play in harmony or is a 1vs5

This issue with OP is nothing but bullying and harassment.

I had the exact same issue happened to me few weeks ago.

I took screenshot of the comment in my profile and sent it to ingame support.
They replied and said they will look into it.
Have to assume they took some action.

But putting the responsibility on the victim is not the way to handle it. This just gives bullies 0 accountability and 0 punishment.

Some of us play this game for fun and entertainment and not be harassed by some online player sitting behind a phone bashing you.

It happens to most of the players so please ignore it and delete those comment and block him

Most players who recieve rude comments are ofter cancer gamers and trolls they deserve more than just rude comments maybe a 2 by 4 accross the face
