Fine until match loading screen, then few minutes of lag.

So I've been having issues with the game since at least a year ago, to the point that I uninstalled it for a few months and moved to another moba. I think the issue is my phone not being up to spec (Huawei P9 Lite). Strangely, I can play the matches themselves mostly fine except for stuttering during large teamfights, and moves having a delay when casting to the point that sometimes they won't even come out. The main menu is also very laggy. But now I'm having a problem where I get to the match loading screen, then after a few seconds it shows the home screen again and a "reconnecting" message. Then I get put back to the match loading screen, and it sits there for 3 to 4 minutes before I enter the match. This puts me way behind when I get into the match, and more importantly I get punished for being afk. This issue repeats itself three games in a row after deleting cache and rebooting the phone, I don't have the cred points now to keep trying :P Also my internet is 100 down 10 up and it's reliable so that's not it either.
Basically it would be nice if the game supported older devices better. There's this moba by Tencent that I won't name here, but it at least runs fine, albeit not the smoothest experience. The graphics are not worse either. My phone is by no means a powerhouse GPU wise (I know that it's starting to fall behind after three years), but I paid €300 at the time and I assume most players don't have a better phone than me. Maybe some better optimization or options to turn down graphics quality further, as I wouldn't really mind it if it improves smoothness. That's all.

Perhaps try a clean re-install again by wiping out the game data (make sure your current account is bound to any platform first) if the issue still persist and try turning off HFR (High framte mode) if you haven't done so and tried turning off other settings such as shadow if you haven't did that too. :)

I am sorry to hear that, but in game, you can turn on battle optimization, and turn of high frame rate mode and set specifications on lowest (smooth), clearing cache could help it,

Ehh reinstalling actually worked for three games, now it's doing it again. I guess it's time to get a new phone. It's unfortunate because in a match things actually run pretty well for the most part.

It usually happens when your net connection is poor,but if you can play other games smoothly and not this one then maybe the problem is in this game.

Other MOBAs seem to run very smoothly on my device as well despite having more resources. When I play ML however, it crashes after a match 50% of the time. They need to optimize the memory usage of this game tbh, it's frustrating having to reboot the game after each match. Time consuming, energy consuming.
