Fine until match loading screen, then few minutes of lag.

So I installed the new speedy version and it actually helped quite a bit in general responsiveness. The bug remains though, and I never had anything like this in the past but it happens every game :/

So it started happening again, 3 or 4 games after installing the update. Now it does this every game where it stays on a low loading % for 3-4 minutes, and then it finally fills up normally. Also sometimes it goes back to the main menu for about 5 seconds (see pic) and then it returns to the match loading screen again. Not sure what else to do. Changing settings doesn't help. Also downloading the update takes like two hours because it's very slow for some reason, so I don't want to keep reinstalling.
