Stuck at 50% match up screen then crash

Hi,I'm using Bluestacks to play MBLL. Recently, I get some crashing problem, it stuck at 50% loading screen after picking phase, everyone got 100% except me then it crashed, I tried to reconnect but it didn't work. My internet connection worked correctly. It occured two ranked matches and I lost my credit.

Try to reinstall bluestack, if it doesnt help contact costumer service

i am not sure if official can provide support for BlueStacks.
but as you provide proof ss, please provideyour profile and server id number

Sorry for slow respond.
I collected some evidences to prove my problem. I recorded a match to show you more detail.

As you can see in the video, my loading percentage (I played Grock) ran slower than other people. It stopped at 50% then crashed, this meant others had started their match. I had to reconnect and it took time so I was left behind.

It occurs every game now. I think it involves Speedy Version because it haven't happened before.

I tried to contact Bluestacks CS already but they haven't given any solution yet.

No one takes responsibility for this case? It occurs every ranked match now but Brawl matchs don't. I am left behind other players and it is a big disadvantage in ranked match.

Maybe you can try another emulator like Nox player, i see a lot of MLBB staff using Nox player for testing the games, but it will not guaranteed works normally, some devices still have a problem with speedy version so as it be emulator too.
