Hi, so last month i have asked for refund of a purchased that was made by mistake by my nephew and i've already dealt with google playstore, emailed them the details and also to moonton althought no reply but an auto generate message from you guys but thank goodness playstore DID reply before the 7 days policy thing ends. I thought it gonna end there since you guys have taken back the diamonds and returned my money which is almost RM200(Malaysia) of it. But what shook me then is that Playstore already "claimed" that they/you have refunded the money (and i do know contacting Playstore can also be made to ask for a refund LEGALLY) but when i received this month's bill, i was charged RM199.90 and i don't remember buying any diamonds worth that much last month EXCEPT FOR THE ALLEGEDLY "CLAIMED" REFUND. What are you guys trying to prove here? To a regular customer/player? I've spent more than a thousands in this game and when i asked for one refund, this is what i get? And i thought there was gonna be a diamonds returned to my account but no sign of it. Now i don't even think i want the diamond. I really wanted to file a police report so bad but you guys do know its a waste of energy so please do respond here if yall can't reply my email.
