Silahkan lapor bug nya ke ingame CS (ikon orang warna biru)

Pilih "Bug Report" dan terus pilih "Bug report form" dan isi semua informasinya dan juga screenshoot event Renew yang tidak bisa diclaim

Ada screen shoot nya jadi bsa jelas, dan juga lapor ke CS biar langsung di cek, kirim juga screen shoot disana
