I recommend you to use "ENGLISH" when you post a thread. so any people here will understand you.

you better need "SUBMIT" a Ticket ..

Make sure you have all the necessary information needed, such as screenshots and your Account ID and Server Number

Hey report it to costumer service in game and show them your bills, and sory i cant read how much u biught when... Or ask mod to do that for you

Please contact in game customer support as soon as possible.
tap on the blue headset icon on the top left corner besides your profile avatar border. go to help>payment problem>form>fill it up> submit. thanks.
