Hi, my account got hacked and I've already sent an email to ml. I understand the waiting time is about 1 week. I have also sent an report in the in game customer service. Was wondering how do I check if the customer service has replied me? Ystd i saw a red dot on the top left hand corner but when i go in there's nothing

Account issues are usually addressed through sending an e-mail. What you did was fine already but we have to apologize that with the amount of emails that they receive overtime, it'll take almost up to two weeks before they can reply. Also, make sure that you refrain from sending another e-mail because it will make you go back to queue.

HI, My account got hacked and 2 days before i was mythic 5
and i had also sent a mail to the support and also raised an i game ticket for lost account.
Please help me recover my account before the hacker does anything

If you've reported to MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com and got a reply, try to follow the instructions they provided by providing proof of ownership of your account such as receipt of first time purchase in the game, they will immediately help resolve it

i have sent the mail with all the needed proof as suggested by the official discord mods. I haso ive give first and last purchase Transaction ID and Date of transaction. My IGN, ID and device i used registered device but i culdnt recall my registration date since it was 3 years back. So i have given an estimate so i have given the required details. But i still havent recieved any reply from them.  I hope the sent details are enough or do i need to send another email? Please guide me on wht to do as its already been 3 days now.

Now you need to be patient with a reply, there is a lot of email with this kind of stuff, also do not send another one or you will lose the priority that you have now after sending this one and you will wait more. Its been 2 days since they replied. i still havent got my account back. The only thing they asked was about my first and last purchase id and registration date. I dont even have access to my account. The hacker is sending message to my friends in game everyday. Telling them to follow an ID. he/she is from Indonesia. Please help me retreive my account as soon asap. I have given all the details they asked me. If they need more proof i can still provide more proof. Please help.

i got a reply from support that they will clear my account and give it to me. For that i need to give them details of another account which has been bound to 2 social media and i did so too. After that i havent heard from them. But when i saw my account from my new one i saw that the hacker has quit squad and cleared my gallery and also my profile description. will i get my account back even if the hacker sells it or anything? Please im so desperate....

My account was hacked. They are dont save my account with 117 receipts from apple google and razer. I was reported moonton. You can do report to www.econsumer.gov
