Your 1st three items are already perfect enough for early game but you might want to add more damage dealing items which can make you really overpowered overall. I'd go for what IjamRex suggested, go for Holy Crystal + Lightning Truncheon and add a Genius Wand which makes you really overpowered w/ burst + slow + fast cooldown + heal.

I use demon shoes, ice queen wand, glowing wand, fleeting time (ofc when he activate his ultimate you are dead ) Genius wand and Devine Glaive, but i am still not sure what emblems to use on him :/

demon shoes,truncheon ,fleeting time,glowing wand,queen, genius wands

1st 3 is same always - DemonShoes+IceQueen+FleetingTime (Mana+Slow+Ulti)
other 3 depend on enemy. Like if tanky fighters, I use Glowing wand. If enemy pretty squishy overall, I build HolyCrystal+GeniusWand+BloodWings.
CocentratedEnergy for sustain
Necklace if opponent heavily reliant on lifesteal.
Don't use much CDR since his 1st skill CD seems to be not affected (Only FT for ulti)
Other items also have specific uses...
I only ever use 3-4 core items, rest depends on the situation in-game. By the time you buy 1st 3, you should know whether to build defense or AttackPower, whether you need more burst or % dmg. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Change Feather of Heaven to either Lightning Truncheon / Calamity Reaper (for extra damage and cooldown), or penetration items like Divine Glaive / Genius Wand (if enemy use tankier heroes), or Holy Crystal / Bloodwing for burst.

Should I need to move around items to adjust priority
I am never sure on that aspect.

I mean I always pick boots first then something for mana regeneration earlier in the game and so on.

Please suggest if there is something you can think of.
