not loading

can somebody help me here
when i switch to wifi my mlbb connection fails
but when i use mobile data it loads

what's the matter with my wifi?
when i browse it's fine and i also play youtube but when it comes to the game it wont load

that's version of the game, to make sure what you happens it on which version, You can find out which of your game client version when on loading screen in upper right corner.. We waiting for the information you provide to be resolved immediately

please provide profile and server id, device model and os, game client version, date when it happened information here.
