Reconnecting again and again

Who else here is experiencing reconnecting all the time or your game kept on reconnecting when playing rank (draft pick).

I've been experiencing this problem. I was just about to play rank when suddenly the game said "reconnecting" even though it's not reconnecting me back to the match. So I had to reopen the game which sometimes makes me lose because of wrong battle spell (something like that).

I suggest you to contact costumer service, but I will tell you what I am doing when I start reconnecting, I am waiting for phase where you pick emblems, battle spell... And I leave the game (purposely) I am right on time to start the game, you should try it too, your battle spell won't be changed and you won't be reported for afk
