LOADING SCREEN FREEZING

I'm expreriencing a problem on the game right now, sometimes when I'm draft picking, the game suddenly freezes out of nowhere and I need to restart the game so that the freeze will be gone, same goes with the loading screen too it sometimes freezes, I can tell it by the loading percent because none of them is changing, so I also had to restart the game which will lead me to be in last on our game and lose a lot of stars. Here in the pictures the freezing started and when I tried to exit the game and reconnect, it freezes again. Hopefully you will notice this because I can't rank up and play properly, thank you.

i have the same problem yesterday. during draft pick, i was on the slot S3. suddenly while we picking heroes, my screen pop out to the main screen and couldn't touch anything. around 30-40 seconds only back to the draft screen.

when i m back to the draft, i have been auto selected for my hero. and there is one time during the time we choosing talent and emblem set it bounce out and need restart.

i try clear cache. hopefully will not happen again.

Survival mode have this same problem too, please fix this bug so annoying !!
