I wasnt playing game for a while and now I have trouble connecting to old account.What should I do?

alright, so basically this error indicates that you are not logging in to an account but rather bind your account to a platform, so all you have to do is:

profile -> account -> login -> press any platform that your account is bound with

so what you did wrong was pressing the "connect accounts" button instead of the "log in" button

can you please provide more detail, did you lose your password or did you forget what account you binded with, or is your account not binded at all?
