[Crashing] Speedy Version Reconnecting Problem

They say that Speedy Version is the best. For me, it is not. Why? Because:
1. Reconnecting now is much much more harder than ever. Once you're disconnected and is send out to the Lobby, it will get stuck at Lobby and Loading like Forever unless you restart the Force Close and Restart the Game.
2. Once getting a Reconnecting Status, the Battle Result Screen at the End of the Match will not be available and system will say "Connection Lost, Retrieving Battle Result" or something but you'll get stuck with a Black Screen unless of course, if you Force Close and Restart the Game again.
3. Restarting the game to solve the issues above comes with a problem also that will prevent you to enter the Game and gets stuck at Game Loading but the Loading Bar still hasn't load all files and still has a small gap(I guess the last shoud be Loading: ui.atlas something) and should be restarted again. How ironical, to Solve the Problem with a certain Solution but that Solution also has Problem that can be solve with the Same Solution that can also have the Same Problem.

They should fix it as it probably is the reason for some players to go AFK then reconnecting for a long time.

I see, so many reported it. Then why is it not fixed? 2 Patches have already passed. Hw about Zhask in practice mode? Still unavailable? I bet they've forgotten it, shows how lazy they are.
Internet Connection is a problem but it isn't that much of a problem if the game can reconnect the instant the internet recovers.  Internet isn't always stable, it will experience ONLY a few seconds of unresponsiveness so it isn't a game changing problem. The Reconnecting Issue is the PROBLEM!  When internet becomes unresponsive for 2 Sec, the game will be stuck at Reconnecting... , it needs a restart of the whole App and that's game changing being away for like 1 min!

Sorry for the inconvenience, after speedy version release, many complaints about issues lag, fps drop, stuck, and etc. thats right speedy version still have a bug, the only way we can support them is to report a proper bug format (Bug report guideline) and report it in CS, so thats developer can look into it and fix it.
also try clear cache and check your internet Ping before play, even if you have very high speed internet but if your internet Ping is low it will be lag.

Just like what @FCK_AFK said, it isn't worth the time doing it. My point is, look at what you've just replied, you wrote that there are many of us reporting it yet you still need more to fill that form? Isn't it nonsensical?
Also about Zhask, they are the ones who removed him so it is common sense that they should remember it, right?  Being busy (I don't know if it is really the case) is not a reason to forgot especially something you do and not just 1 person but a whole Company at that!
With this we can only conclude that Devs or maybe some of them aren't sincere with their work.

We cant help you if you dont give information, they need this information because not every players have same issues and same device model, considering the variance of devices where the game is played, then the complexity of fixing the bug rises exponentially.
It is not that the devs are not working on it, it isn't going to be an easy fix. Considering that the spell Revitalize bug that cause fps drop is fixed in latest patch, its an indication that they are working on it. From us players, we just need to be patient and help report a proper bug format.
if they complain after losing credit score because of game problem then they may appeal to in-game cs.

True lol , it is better stuck in the game with 500ms for 2 second but then back in the game rather than reconnecting cuz it will restart the game before put you back to the game .

We can not help you if you do not provide those information. Those are the requirement from official to submit bug report. So if you do not provide those information, we can not submit. So it is totally up to you. It takes lots of effort for us too to submit those reports.
