I don't think she deserves a buff. I have to agree with everyone, she's actually still in the meta but that entirely depends on the enemy's and your team's lineup. She's a really good burst and poke hero not to mention she has cc immunity and has cc skills. I still see her get picked not as commonly as those in the current Mythic Tier but mostly on tournaments.
