First, open forum from google.
And follow next steps:

Now find icon with where is written "Mobile Legends:Bang Bang" and by clicking on that you will access faster to our lovely forum

And that's it, if there is something what you dont know how to do on forum, ask any moderator for help :D

I just press F in my search bar and forum.mobilelegends.com automatically pops up and I immediately got to the forum.
