please contact in game customer support as soon as possible.
its located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar border.
go to help>payment problem>payment issue feedback form.
feel it up with proper information and proof of payment. submit and wait. normally it takes 24-72 hours to get reply from cs. check red dot in blue headset icon when you get reply.
