[Complaint] Uranus' regeneration not working fully

So what I have happened to notice with Uranus and I believe no else has figured this out but Uranus' regeneration ability i.e. his passive is not working fully on him or I should say it's not working  as it is described in his skill description. The description of his passive says that Uranus can regenrate 2-10 HP for 10 seconds and that this ability can stack up to 20 times. Now this means that this abilty's potency scales with hero level and that's where the problem is. At Uranus' max level, his regeneration is not at the level where numbers say they should be. Let's do some maths now -


Let's say Uranus is at level 15 and posseses the full extent of his regeneration ability. Therefore he should regenrate 10 HP per second for 10 seconds and can stack it up to 20 times. Having 20 stacks means he can regenrate 200 HP per second for 10 seconds.


That's what the maths say at least.
But in game that doesn't happen(at least when I am playing). His max regeneration in game is an odd 166 HP per second rather than the 200 described above.


If we divide 166 by 20 to get how much HP each stack is regenerating, then we get an even stanger number in decimels. It's 8.3 which if I recall correctly is still lower then 9 HP per stack that Uranus had before his rework.


So what is this exactly? Is it just me or it's with everyone?


I hope it's a real issue that needs to be fixed and not some special maths that devs have made up that is explainable.


Also can u guys please check it yourself too if it's an issue across the board? Thank you.

I'm not into math but i like to play Uranus, if your complaint have thing to do that may cause Uranus to get nerf, then I against it

He was hard to handle before but if he get ojne more buff he will be immortal, also thank you for reporting it but it would be nice to show us any proof, video where you will show us that problem, so we could report it to costumer service

Can you make a video at least? Lets say in custom or practice mode? it will be easier for us to understand. And test level 15 uranus minimum with no item if possible. Just to understand and get accurate result. Thanks for your feedback anyway.

According to Uranus's passive, he will get regeneration between 2 ~ 10 (40 to 200 at max level) HP at maximum stack persecond.
It's a range. From forty (40) to two hundred (200). And yes, it will scale with level, but there is no statement that Uranus will get a definite 200 HP regeneration every second.
It could be random, i guess its depending on how many enemies are attacking, creeps, heroes, and other scenario.
Regenerating 2 ~ 10 not 2 - 10 .
Yet, the description is somewhat not clearly said how Uranus passive will effective work.

No, it isn't like Hairth's passive that depends on the number of enemies nearby and ranges accordingly. From practical analysis, Uranus' regeneration capacity solely depends on his hero level and no other variable. I just checked in custom mode again. His regeneration for each stack at level 1 is 1 HP per second, then at level 2-3 it's 2 HP per second and then at level 4-5 it's 3 HP per second and so on till it reaches an average 8.3 HP per second at max level. His passive skill description may not be accurate and may need an update but from what we can observe, it does scale with hero level and gives him a definite number of HP per second. That definite number for each level is not effected by Uranus' surroundings. But at max level it's an average of 8.3(being ranging from 8-9 HP per second) and nowhere near from my experience has he reached a regen capacity of 10 HP per second which is what his passive states that he should get at max level.
