Game stuck on loading screen

I can't provide much details as I am stuck on loading screen my in game username is Dlmmqb. I have a pic of my self upload and in description I write something like sub to my utube.......
Plz help how can I give more information if I am stuck on loading screen I already tried cache and uninstall. My account is bound on Google play with qasimnaveed0786@gmail.com. I hope u can look into the matter by this information. Its been 2 week and I tried everything u can imagine of plz fix it from the back end. I lost my skins in event bcz of that.

Sir I collected all the information.
1) no need of screen shot it's just a regular loading screen error.
2) Id: 189883574
Server: 2992
3) device model: Moto E4
Andriod version: 7.1.1
4) version of game: 1.4.22.4534
5) date of issue occured: Oct 18, 2019
6) my game crashes between matches so I read alot of ways to solve in which I uninstalled game and after that stuck on loading screen. I tried all the normal methods to solve. I think your update is not compatible with Motorola as they r very rare these days. Same happened on my sister mobile oppo when I try to play on her mobile. It also happened with 11 of my friends if my problem is solved I will recommend them this way of submission.
