Loading screen not loading

I am again submitting my problem as no one responded on my previous post.
Sir I collected all the information.
1) no need of screen shot it's just a regular loading screen error.

5) date of issue occured: Oct 18, 2019
6) my game crashes between matches so I read alot of ways to solve in which I uninstalled game and after that stuck on loading screen. I tried all the normal methods to solve. I think your update is not compatible with Motorola as they r very rare these days. Same happened on my sister mobile oppo when I try to play on her mobile. It also happened with 11 of my friends if my problem is solved I will recommend them this way of submission.

Have you tried
1. Leaving some space 3 to 4gb of storage
2. Clear all app running on background and leave at least 1.5 gb of ram unused
3.force stop ML in setting
