Wifi users loading screen stuck

Why all wifi users are stuck on loading scree? Don't even try to answer with copy paste messages. I am founder of gaming community of Pakistan mlbb and 11 people from my community are facing this problem and you always give stupid, non sense and auto generated replies and it's been almost a month since this bug. We already know that your development is so lazy that they can't even solve a simple loading screen error. If u guys don't know how to fix and then take your self off from play store and again saying if u keep maintaining same attitude, we will switch to lol as soon as it will be released. And one more thing who will give us those skins that we loosed in this whole period and specially time limited skins and events of free skins.

i'm also wifi user.& i did not face it yet. BTW make sure your game is update. clear cache file . however if your problem is not solved than reinstall your game .

try to change your connection to mobile data if it works there is a possibility of problems with your Wifi like some of problems people have before, if necessary try using VPN might be help.. also don't forget to force close your apps that running in the background which consumes data before starting the game so that your connection is only directed to MLBB

I have the same problem right now. I can access the game using a vpn but otherwise it gets stuck at game loading and i get error message saying "Login error. Please restart the game".

Using OPPO r9 plus phone
