Add haya experiment skin in resale event

good idea, like other epic limited skins that are often resale in event such as twilight chest, epic book giftpack.. so it will be easier for haya users to obtain that skin again
but for now that skin can only be obtained through on starlight shop by collecting 10 crystals.. hopefully the devs has a plan for it soon

no idont want them do that.
example. i really want rafaela biomedic skin, but i dont want them to resale it again. why? for keep the skin prectige.
