so i used tp account with my friend and now we cant get our accounts back separatly whenever i use my acc he will have my account as well in his phone and we cant play

can you provide information about both accounts (yours and your friend)
-Nickname, ID & Server
-Device model & OS version of both phone
-Game client version of both phone
-Date when it happens
