RESET ACCOUNT STATISTICS/HERO STATS

I would like to suggest to Devs a reset ITEM!!!

Justification: Were not a perfect gamer to any new game & once you invest your money on that account; then time will come you will learn from it and want a new start. Start a new account for your best role and favorite hero. But problem here is you already invest money on an old account, you buy alot of stuff so you feel special, SKINS, LIMITED SKINS, LEGEND ETC,

The benefit of this is to show other players what are your roles, which roles you really good in the game and show them your good stats. For some old veteran like me sometimes we want a new start, we make mistakes, thats normal, we cannot win evert game.

Give us a chance to start again, I dont want to create a new account and the limited skin cannot be obtain again like KOF SKINS. I just realize Im only good on Figthers/Assasin/Tank, but not a Mage/Marksman.

I dont have a problem if you will reset also my rank back to Warrior atleast I can regain respect with my favorite hero like CHOU AND GUSION...

ID: 256557461, I hope this little idea will came up in Devs mind, we want to play more, but this days alot of pressure and not enjoyable anymore. Bring something new that we can regain our account to a new start.

This reset request is varies with favorite hero, this will correct the right stats as I mention above, we made some mistakes, and now we know the whole things to avoid and just focus on what hero must focus on.

This reset Item make some condition or make it buyable (ONLY ONE TIME) like 1000-2000 dias so not everyone can afford it.

Good idea, you won't create smurf for this reason and matchmaking will be better at lower ranks, you can't really fix your winrate with 4k+ matches on certain hero. I dont really carre about winrate because you can be carried, but some people want to have bigger winrate and this wont really change much. But some veterans are against it as well, i cant bpame them, they spent so much time to get 3k+ games and they dont want to reset it on their or anyone else acc. You should suggest it to in game costumer service :D

This was suggested before as far as I know and probably wasn't accepted. Yeah it's acceptable but it will really be unfair in some ways and it has its pros and cons.

I had thought of that too, but after thinking for a long time, I didn't find it feasible, as there are several cons. For example: Players who struggled to train and play with the hero without falling winrate will understand that his effort was in vain.

Theres too many cons rather that pros to implement this, better just accept the way it is. Plus theres always a new hero every month, you can always "fresh start" with those new heroes. At least you can still have a good winrates despites having bad statistics.

I do not think this will be fair at all. Everyone will then become so called "very good player". And really do not want that.

Ok, thanks for the feedback, just now ive seen a strong 5man squad grinding new accounts just to have a good stats with. 93% winrate, woohoooh, savage, maniac, triple kill on a very low rank, im talking to elite and warrior,

Ok its fine coz new players is new, give them hell experience with veterans!!!

So why they do this? For the new stats ryt? But its not worth it!!! Unfair and ridiculous!!! We only want reset our stats, make it buyable item And only 1 time! Thats it!

A reset for stats and reset for all the heroes used...
