How you triggered that problem: I have 2 CHARACTERS on my binded facebook account which I could switch character back and forth at anytime I want, but right now what happened here is that the switch character button which I am used to switch between my grandmaster and Legend ranks are now missing even the server list is missing.

How is it possible to retrieve my main account (the Legend rank)

Date when it occured: roughly Oct. 28 2019

Have you tried contacting customer service in-game for this matter?

sorry but your system AI doesn't have the option for this case. It's a account problem but its something specifically about the "switching characters'' which why I have escalated this case here.
