Who is Vexana??? Is she hot? Yeah dude she can make You dance.

BACKSTORY : A long long time ago, there was a small country with a kind caring king and queen,  held in high esteem by their subjects. Under the protection of king of light. They lived a peaceful life. But deep underground, The dark Lord of the Abyss was plotting to invade their land. The dark Lord sent the enchanting vampire queen, Alice to seduce the king stopped attending the court and no longer cared for his once beloved queen or kingdom. The king's betrayal razed the queen's sanity in flames of jealousy and in an attempt to win back her husbands heart. She made a deal with the Dark Lord to regain her youth and beauty Everyday in the kingdom , another young and beautiful maiden went missing and a panic fell over the people. The country grew weaker with each passing day and the sacrifices demanded by the queens sorcery grew as well. Finally the kingdom collapse with no more sacrifices to be found and the devouring power of darkness suddenly caused the queen to become a wizened and frightining mostorousity.

A thousand years has passed and this unknown kingdom has since dissapeared in the winding river of history. Living only the legend of the demon queen. Very few today connect this tale ...

TIPS: PRACTICE YOUR ACCURACY BY PLAYING HER MORE SO YOU CAN GET THE TIMING THIS TYPE OF PLAY WHY YOU PRIORITIZE 1ST SKILL IS TO MAXIMIZE THE  DURATION OF YOUR JAM YES MAKE THEM DANCE FOREVER MADARA SMILES.

WELL IN AGGRESSIVE PLAY YOU NEED YOUR DISABLES TO MAXIMIZE AND WHY GET 1ST SKILL SO YOU CAN CATCH ENEMY AND DISABLE THEM SO YOU AND YOUR MATES CAN ENGAGE OR ALSO CAN BE USED TO COUNTER INITIATE WHEN YOUR IN A PINCH.( RECOMMENDED ONLY FOR A 5 MAN TEAM ) COZ MOSTLY SOLO PLAYS EVERYONE FARMS

"LANING GUIDE ITEMS "

Tips and Explanation:
1st Slot : Demon shoes is a must when you go for a laning play you gonna need lots of mana spamming your 2nd skill,
2nd Slot : Glowing wand Synchronize with your ultimate effect will trigger upon initial damage from your 3rd skill also when the curse ticks the burn effect will still ticks so glowing wand is a must... the more earlier the better so you can dish out huge damage.
3rd Slot : Genius Wand will lower your enemy magic def remember the higher the magic def the more they resist your curse then minimize the effect damage of your skills.
4th Slot : Necklace of Durance Will make your enemy effectiveness in teamfight lower having the necklace of durance will make their regenrative skills half your curse will be more effective with this as it will lower the enemy hero regenerative skills so they either flee when you hit them with curse making teamfight in upperhand with your team.. you can change it with holy crystal if you want a high damage rather than making enemy effectiveness lower.
5th Slot : Ice Queen wand to make your enemy slower you can also change the slot to DIVINE GLAIVE for more magic penetration.
6th Slot : Bloodwings From the magic points you got from the previous items you can convert them to hp so in late game you have high magic power with high HP pool.

" OFFENSIVE PLAY "

1st Slot : Demon Shoes  Mana is important.
2nd Slot: Ice Queen Wand you need the slow effect in order for your targets to have low chance of escape is for being aggressive you need the slow for good initiations.
3rd Slot : holy crystal will enhance your attacks specially 2nd skills burst being aggressive you need to take down fast enemies you dont have to wait before enemy take their formation..
4th Slot : Divine glaive will enhance your potential damaging skills more burst damage on your skills specially 2nd skill.
5th Slot : Genius wand lowers magic def you dont want your burst build items damage to be resisted
6th Slot : Blood Wings boost more of your magic points to do more damage at the same time boost your hp for survivability while having to enhance your magic because some attacks may go through or skills may go through and pass your frontliners.

Why not use immortality? Lightning Truncheon? Cock of destiny?Ans. Vex is almost unreachable from enemy if you master the best placement in every situation and master the flicker the time that your enemy will be able to reach you its because your frontliner was gone or your frontliner died so using immortality will not be 100% efficient as if your down enemy will smash you down fast vex is a squishy hero so i build his full potential damage.
Clock of Destiny and Lightning Truncheon as for this items you need to use Magic emblem instead of Mage emblem as mana additional to synchronize with the said items which will also hinders your early damage potential as clock of destiny takes time to charge also the unique passive that will help you burn on early game is only on mage emblem..

SPELLS:

Recommended :
Flicker - the element of surpise is a must

Optional :
Arrival - for fast placing where your mates needed you only good when you specialize on laning with another mates will handle pushing then using arrival to aide any lanes that needed help.
Sprint : for Escape or initiation but i highly recommend Flicker than this one.

EMBLEMS GUIDE :
"LANING/OFFENSIVE BUILD"

1.
Magic worship for more damage
Explanation: the more damage you can deal the better specially laning early game enemy will flee because of the damage your skill can do and mostly enemy cant build regenerative items or lifesteal items so its an upperhand if they retreat to their respective bases " time to take down turrets "

2.
Mystery shop will help you build your items fast as lightning just clear waves then farm and take those objectives like turret demolition

" LANING ALTERNATIVE BUILD "

with this emblem you can change your shoes to arcane shoes instead of using demon shoes the emblem will cover up your needs for mana regeneration.
(Tips: Prefer to Use Mage Emblems as it gives more good magic damage and cool extra passives that could help )
Explanation for point allocation;
Why not allocate on movespeed??? CDreduction,penetration and magic lifesteal?
Ans. Movespeed you can get it on the item builds above even how high your speed enemies that have high mobility can catch up to you also vex skill set has no escape skill flicker is enough for your placement Cd for this one you cant rely on cd because vex has medium skill cd skill damage is preferred accuracy is the key penetration and magic lifesteal you cant use that much in early games coz you wont be feeling that effect so prioritize your magic plus skin which also gives you magic..

Over All Tips :
1.Flicker is not only your friend make use of the grass.
2.Go lane with a tank like grock or any tank that will use roam items you need to level up fast.
3. Choosing your target wisely cursed oath

LANING : Choose Melee heroes Priority TANKS the higher the hp of the enemy the higher the damage 5% max hp as damage and why tank? Because 70% of attributes only are taken so in laning if getting the curse to squishy heroes your puppet will die fast.

AGGRESSIVE : in the aggressive play target Mages or Support as they have Low Hp pool also their magic lifesteal is not that much of a help early game or also go for the marksman to lessen their effectiveness in teamfights or ganking.
4. If your Enemy flew away dont waste your puppet use it to either push for the tower or use it for farming just press this press the icon so the puppet will attack farm monsters.

when i played vexana as my main hero, i choose energy absorption for my emblem, because i always be solo lane and this emblem help me from outbof mp and hp. also build elegant game first for get heal and mp when i level up. so that make i always use combination Cod and LT,so this is my build : demon shoes, LT, NoD, CoD, and else, commonly i choose 2 items for defense, it's like immortality and athena shield.

Yes Energy Absorption is a good choice also for hp and mp actually vexana is very versatile but i choose her damage capability and item passive which will further enhance her damaging kit and ultimate rather than buffing some def.. I choose BLOOD WINGS Which will also synergize with other items but playing youre build is also good, I didnt put any immortality as a good vexana you are almost unreachable by your opponent specially when you almost master placing and usage of flicker the time your enemy reaches you means your frontliner are all gone so you died and having immortality will be not that much efficient as enemy will just smash you down fast i instead built it at full potential damage... its every people reference thanks for sharing...

I like the way of your guide. Never getting bored. Madara example was epic.
After reading the whole guide, i think i got the initial confidence of playing vexena in my upcoming tournament match. But ya needs practice i admit. Appreciate your effort and thanks for providing us such an amazing guide.

immortality is nice for late game for me. if i always be targeted by assassin. when your ult in CD and just need 4 second to ready. this way make you can do ult to that enemy.

do you know about current patch, vexana got buff for her puppet, no longer limit of range. puppet will chase enemy who ever they are. well finally devs bring back that ability.

Well if they bring back also the amount of movespeed of the Puppet its gonna be a good news because as of my experience today the puppet movespeed was nerfed enemy can outrun the puppet fast and the biggest flaw is that the puppet cant detect or the puppet wont follow if enemy is on grass... And i also hope if vexana dies i hope she will have a full control your directional key and attack key will be active after dying and controls the puppet at your will.. Ill try to recommend this one
