I think it's time we have a physical version of Fleeting time.
This will help heroes like Saber chou and others.
I'll leave it to the developers to balance the attack stats and cd stats

I think its not bad, it can be usefull for fighters like Argus that have long CD.

i agree with your suggestion. But physical damage are worse than magical damage. Imagine hayabusa casting ultimate twice. Just imagine the situation. I still think it can be usable somehow. thanks for your feedback.

I think it is better for Defensive item like a new magic resist item with Fleeting time passive... This way they will sacrifice damage items for a shorter ultimate cooldown..

NO! Me against this! Physical heroes have lower CD ult compare to mages. That's why mage has Fleeting Time. I use Saber with Fleeting Time with no problem. I use Argus as support with Fleeting Time with no problem (don't try this if you play soloq).
