Plz contact our CS in-game > Payment problem > dias not received, and they will ask your for your receipt(check your email). You'll receive your dias aftr you show the receipt. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope u get your dias asap.

same here , after i contact CS team, without helping me they close my ticket now IDK what to do, my account got deducted and didnt get any

Happens to me too about 5 hours ago, I've recharge twice then received a notice that my account has been deducted a certain amount but didn't receive any.
I filled up a Payment Problem Form and after a minute after filing I've received my diamonds.
It might be a network delay or something or many players are buying up causing a traffic today.
I just got lucky I received mine, I think.
Hope you get what is owed to you.

You've a point too. due to winter box event to date that makes many people recharge their dias simultaneously, and that could be possibility the system has a slight delay in serving many customers
