Why it's not possible to change fragmants in other fragment ? Or Something else ?

not bad idea I think, but the comparison is high enough for an exchange. e.g. 10 premium fragments for 1 rare fragment, it's recognized that premium fragments are easier to obtain than rare fragments, at the ratio of 10:1 I think it's fair
just my personal opinion

Yeah, I agree we should have a new fragment system to enable us to get special and epic skims, but it would be very hard to get those fragments compared to premium and rare skin fragments. For example, this fragment can only be obtained in a certain limited event or on a weekly basis.

I would have to suggest making the fragment system more often. They should also lessen the amount of fragments to be used in order to acquire a new hero. What y'all think?

this game money they dont care about free stuff they dont reset normal skin shop only rare cus it needs money same with lucky spin shop ... no new skins cus its freeeee
