lost access to moonton account

Hi, I've lost access to my Moonton Account as I have forgotten it's password. I am currently logged in to the Moonton Account on Mobile Legends. I've tried resetting my password. However, I think I may have prevented the system from sending me e-mails by accidentally pressing an unsubscribe button, therefore I am unable to sign in to my Moonton Account once I log out, or receive e-mails from Moonton. I have Proof of Purchase of Diamonds to prove possession of the Mobile Legends account linked to my Moonton Account. I have contacted mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com but they have yet to respond to my e-mail after several months.

if you have contacted the CS already, wait for their reply and dont forget to bind your acc to other platforms too so you dont loose your acc.
report this matter again in e-mail or ingame CS too if you feel the info you gave to CS is not enough

I've bound it to Google Play, but I want to access my Moonton account. In-Game CS can't help me. I'll send another e-mail, thanks for the advice.
