[URGENT] Game does not load with mobile data

My game doesn't load with mobile data, I have allowed ML to use data and I have enough data. It loads fine on wifi but my wifi ping is extremely bad so I need to rely on mobile data.

Good afternoon,
I am also having this bug. It started after I updated my phone OS from Sprint. I am pretty sure it has to do with APN settings since I can use a VPN and it will work but Sprint does not allow us to change APN settings. I had a test device that worked on cell data and after I updated the software it stopped working on cell data. It was same device and now same os version.

Started around Dec 18th.
To trigger it I just turn off wifi and it stops. I can add a screenshot if needed as well.

My gf also plays and has same error but will post her details separate since it's a diff device but also Sprint

Update: So I initially thought it was an APN issue but after playing with apn settings all day, nothing I did would fix it. I followed some apn setups for tmobile (not all just the apn types) and it didnt help the game (tho my phone does work much better now) So I am really unsure of what the issue is but using a vpn on mobile data allows the game to load. Just wanted to give a heads up

The VPN over mobile data is the key. I believe it's something in the data that is causing the issue. It should be a blanket fix. In the meantime (and I dont know if this is allowed) I use Hola VPN. It was free. Open Hola, click Mobile Legends and it loads game. Sometimes have to close game and click that didnt work in Hola. This allows me to play on data, should work for you until they find the bug. I also want to apologize, I only meant to add to your thread not hijack it.
