My game crashes all the time

First of all I want to clarify that I have erased cache, data files and even reinstalled the game and it keeps happening.

Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro
OS: MIUI 11 based on Android 9.0
Issue: the game crashes 1-2 times everytime I start the app. It's a literal crash that closes the app and then I have to reopen it. It can happens while on the main screen, character selection screen or even in the middle of a game. And it is starting to be annoying since I have been killed several times because of it and it's starting to get me out of my nerves.

Please fix it already (I have noticed more people complaining about this) or tell me how to solve it

It started when I updated my software. I tried to reinstall the app many times but still it keeps on crashing and closing. I hope you can help me because I’m losing my stars because of this.
