Vale Upgraded skill not working properly

Vale's Stop on hit on his 2nd skill sometimes does not work on jungle monsters,
This seems to happen When I press the Skill button twice, or while moving.
please fix this

This also happens with his first skill sometimes it becomes big aoe not damage

Lastly Ults CC skill without dealing damage doesnt give assists even if I got them CC'ed

For the stop on hit 2nd skill its true kinda buggy to jungle monster but to enemies hero it seems to work just fine, I've never had any bug on the first skill, also for the ult I think how the assists work in this game is to deal dmg to the enemy or heal your teammate since your CC ult doesnt deal dmg on a first phase it doesn't count as assist somehow, smh....  MOONTON LOGIC

da hell? can't you test it yourself? you can go to training and find out in less than 3 mins.

Sorry but we need that proof, and rest of the informations, in the customer service (bug report form) require video/screen shot as a proof too, so please can you provide it with the rest of informations that AlyAoi asked you. Thanks in advance.

Sorry if I might show myself rude, but I'm not your servant.
We work hard collecting bug, translating, helping, collecting suggestion for devs from all of you.
You think I have your same experience with Vale? You think I could understand better than you what happen? Is not a bug that I found myself, I can't put mine bugs in the list.
If you can't understand you can report in CS in-game by yourself, here we do for all of you spending time on this (running asking the missing info) but looks like people have more bad vibes than a good one.

You can stop to use Vale no problem, but if you think the bug will solve alone you are wrong.

Assist should be given when you CC'ed someone since you helped disabling the enemies mobility.
I agree on Vale's SS, on numerous times I've CC'ed someone trying to tower dive me and CC'ed them preventing them to escape but just got executed. It's frustrating
