Hi, my mobile legends username/id is XIVapple

I had an issue with this app after i reformat my phone last jan 11. I cant seem to get into the game after i reinstalled it. Its taking me to the never ending advanced tutorial. I cant finish it coz it keeps on reloading in the middle of the tutorial battle. Can somebody help me with this? I just want my account back.

Xvapple He means your account ID not your Name your account id is 8 numbers long and stand under your Picture :o
