Paid but yet to receive my purchases

I have made a purchase of 500 diamonds and another few diamond afterwards but I have yet to receive my diamonds. I have came across similar problems and after a really long wait, I have received my diamonds, but due to that certain problem, I have worried that something might happen again. I paid for both puchases and hope that I will be able to receive my diamonds as soon as possible.

you can contact in game cs in left top corner in game with a headset icon, no.2 is payment problem ,

Normally if u purchases any diamond its instant deliver. But if your receiving  ur diamond late u should contact  in game cs or provied mail by @RohitBK201.
