For changing profile picture you would need Adobe Flash Player

No flash player plug in...use puffin browser if ur using a phone..or use a pc

You may use PC that supports Adobe Flash player or if you don't have one just download Puffin Web Browser because it supports the Flash player, I hope this helps. Cheers!

Use mojila firefox or uc browser and than try again
Try desktop mode only.
