Bug in battle queue

So this has been going on few days maybe even for few weeks.

I queue up for ranked. Complete the battle.
Back on ranked screen and queue up again.
This time the player queue screen (shows masked profiles like ranked), so it looks like you are still in ranked queue.
Then once it lands on hero selection screen, it's classic.

Happened at least 8-10 times.

It's annoying, frustrating and a total waste of time.

Please fix this.

i do encounter this issue a few times daily. every rank game finished need to confirm before clicking on it. i even reinstall the whole apps, it is better now.

try to reinstall the apps.

This happened to me in the morning.
It’s a total waste of my time to go through a stupid classic game or face the penalty for not joining the game.

Can you give me details on how you created it and maybe create one for me to use?

Try to clear cache first in ingame settings > Network detection > clear cache.
Last try to reinstall app, it will clear all resources and redownload a new resources.

There is no screenshots or video to provide.
I would have been recording constantly to do it. This is not all the time.

Device is iPhone 11 Pro. iOS is latest version
Game client is latest.

How to trigger?
I queue for one ranked then when I get back to lobby and click join from ranked page, it takes you to classic battle.
