Can't login on moonton account

Hi guys, i have big problem with login on my moonton account. Few months ago i uninstall the game from my smartphone ( LG G4). I decide to install game again, i still have same smartphone. But now when i try login on my account nothing happen. I have screen like on screenshot, i set my email and password and tap on "sign in" button but nothing happen. I can click on this button milion times but theres no reaction. My account was linked with google play and moonton but when i try switch account to googleplay i have information theres no account linked to google play. It's looks like my old account disapper :/ I even can't find this account with friend find in game.

Can you help me?

Please contact in game customer support.
Its located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar(blue headset icon). Go to help>account problem>reinstall issue>account retrieval form>fill it up.

But i don't remember my server, because i can't find my old account in friend search

Hi, i have the same problem. My password is correct i even changed just for sure and it doesnt help. The button "Sigh in" is not responding. Pls for help.
