Unexpected crash causing black screen and repetitive loading

I have experienced weird bug recently which causes the game crashes. Once I am logged to the map I get black screen and I'm being instantly kicked out of the map and afterwards I can see new logging in window appearing (it's actually the one you can see all the players loading progress).
The issue is repetitive and it has been happening for over 2 days yet, which is unfrotunately disappointing and frustrating because when I get back to the map, my teammates are already playing against our opponents.


Have anyone of you experienced the same issue nowadays and eventually if you were able to get rid of it? If so, please let me know if there is a manner to fix the bug.

- and if possible could you record this bug

Hello again!

My user ID is 655119437 whereas my device model is Xiaomi Redmi 8 and game version is 1.4.60.4992. The issue has been occuring for over 3 days yet and it's frustrating especially while playing ranked mode and being punished for AFK once the game is finished is horrible as well.

It's not really possible to record the bug but maybe I'll manage to make a screenshot of the issue so perhaps you'll come up with ideas how to solve the problem I encountered nowadays. I can add that I have deleted all useless applications from my device so hopefully it will get better. If not, I'll try to search for another ways to fix this calamitous issue.

ok thanks if you are able to get ss please provide us.... try reinstalling the game too may be it fixes the prob

Hello, it's me again!

I have reinstalled the game and turned HFR mode off and since that time I haven't experienced the bug yet, but we will see as soon as I can finally get back to play ranked mode as I was suspended from them due to AFK that was obviously caused by this irritating bug. I'll let you know whether the bug disappeared from ranked mode too or not soon, and hopefully we will be able to see if the steps I did are the solution for the players in the future.
