Buff Tough Boots

There are many CC in the current META. Please increase the CC Reduction of Tough Boots to 50% instead of 30%. And also bring back the Wizard Boots if you will just nerf the Roaming Items. It is very hard to use Support or Tanks if you will nerf these items.

Agree.
Minsitthar was my favourite fighter a year ago while there is still wizard boot, after the removal of that legendary item, Minsitthar can hardly live in the current meta. His passive alone can't score much gold, he truly need that boot to shine.

that's OP, I think it should only be 35%, then Add/Modify Tank emblem, for 15% or 20% tenacity.
So it wont be abused too much

debmarcley 35% is too little; it should be 40% at least. Everyone has some sort of crowd control.

In my opinion, 50% will just be too OP. 35-40% is best suited. 50% would just make every CC skill useless. And, i have to agree that it needs a buff, Thanks veyr much for your suggestion.

i have to agree with this. although 50% sounds a bit op but its needed in my opinion.
