No response to my issue

So I made a thread a while back raising a problem with Uranus' passive, the link to which is here -

And one of the moderators told me that either it would be fixed or I would get a response from the devs. But none of that happened. Neither was the issue fixed in the coming patches nor an explanation was given in the recent feedback thread which is here -

I looked through the entire thread and no response to my issue is there in it. I made that thread back in January of this year and I was hoping a response would come by now but that's not the case. So I was just wondering when I will get a response to my query. Am I going to get it later on or am I  going to get it all? Just wanted to know.

Just report  the problem using in-game customer service. This forum hardly help at all.

The moderator have probably forgotten to add it or no responses were given yet for that suggestion. I suggest waiting too. I'll try to ask and also don't forget to suggest it as well in our customer service in-game. Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply @Charles but can i get an update from your side on the status of the response from the devs' end ?
